The Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC), Singapore & Brunei, is located at the
U.S. Embassy, Singapore.

We operate from 8:30am to 5:15pm Mondays through Fridays except for
US & Singapore Public Holidays

The number one Security Assistance Team in the world building a strong US to Singapore and Brunei relationship that enhances the region through military training, education, equipment and technology coordinated with diplomatic and economic instruments to promote interoperability and ensure stability.

Provide Security Assistance functions in support of US goals and objectives to the Governments of Singapore and Brunei.

The following list provides the basic functions of the various ODC staff members. Please feel free to e-mail any one of us, that you think can best address your concerns. If you are unsure who you should address your e-mail to, just e-mail any one of us and we will make sure the right person gets your message.

Chief	Overall responsible for the day to day operations of ODC Singapore & Brunei
Air Force Program Manager	Manages all issues pertaining to the USAF, except training.
Army Program Manager	Manages all issues pertaining to the USA, except training.
Navy Program Manager	Manages all issues pertaining to the USN, except training.
Training Program Manager	Manages all training related issues for all services.
Navy BUMED Rep	Manages all medical defense cooperation and Armament issues
ORNG Representative	Manages all Navy Defense Cooperation and Armament Issues
Int'l Tech Ctr SEA Rep	Manages all Army Defense Cooperation and Armament Issues
Budget & Resource Manager	Responsible for ODC's budget and procurement.
NCOIC	Responsible for the overall administration of ODC.
Administrative Assistant	Processes country clearances and assists the NCOIC in the general adminstration on ODC.
Administrative Training Assistant	Assists the Training Program Manager in administration.

The ODC is the single point of contact for all Foreign Military Sales programs between the US Government and the Governments of Singapore & Brunei, in particular the Ministry of Defence in Singapore and the Ministry of Defence in Brunei.
